These reasons are unlikely. I was on many interviews in my life, I sent tons of CVs. But I never ever seen the situation, when somebody was interested in "achievement". Not to mention was able to understand the achievement or acomplishment. It was also very rare they have had some evaluation criteria, so it was from very beginning clear that all is based on random and the luck of getting interview or even get hired is just the same luck like any gambling game.
