If you work alone, no problem Cao. But on most todays products you are a part of the team. So you have to follow best practices in team collaboration. And there the meeting is work. Collaboration is work. Brainstorming is work. Idea crossfertilization is work. Working in isolation and see meeting as interruption will just out you of any serious and interesting project.
