I work from home office for 2+ years now and it is a complete loss of human interactions of all types. If there would be possibility I would return back to a normal office with a real people. I have found no electronic interaction is capable to replace this. And spontaneous interaction is essential for getting new deals, for new ideas to be born, for getting to plenty of information and knowledge that buzz on the background and which I am not aware of anymore. It may look appealing for some if they are in some process that was established prior, when the tasks can be broken into small chunks and distributed via Jira and returned back when done. But enjoying a cup of caffee with a new colleague, following body language, it is just a small but very importand details which were completelly evaporated. Not to mention productivity is much smaller now regardelss routines.
