I think it is better to stop writing long resumes and then rewriting them into ATSs. If you are interested in the job, find on Linkedin recruiter from the organization and write to her a direct mail. CV serves mostly to feed ATS, there are today courses on how to write it so you pass through algorithms. I believe if people start ignoring those ATS, the world will start going toward humanocracy. Companies, that are serious about hiring talent will adapt to make it for applicants as easy as possible, and also their follow-up work with the talent will be modernized. There are such companies today, their numbers are growing. If somebody needs a traditional approach to be grey and invisible somewhere in a big corporation, it is his choice. Then he has to learn to screw ATS and write CVs.
