I cant see much great here unlike sort of recipy for disaster. The role of management team is to be involved with transformation, actively. They should define how they would like to have the organization, define main aspect of culture, etc. And align business goals with the transformation. Because transformation for itself is a nonsense. There is not important that much to be servant leader if it is not your style. But it is crucial to define vision, formulare good behavior, align interest of main stakeholders and help them to achieve. Transformation shouldnt be about process or framework. It is the way instead, how to encourage people to be engaged with work and deliver best out of them. Business performance improvement is a result of people then.
